@Chase Cline and @Tracey Cazalas I would love to connect with both of you! Yes, I actually started looking at the 1/1 at Village on the Beach!! I love North Padre and very aware of all the building and expansion going on, I just have a little man (14) who loves to fish. I bought at Coral Reef Cottages because it was a community of little houses "condos" not attatched with a boat washing station and pool. We could bring our boat. A lot of the condos didn't have boat parking. The biggest draw was that I could use the amenities at other McCombs Properties- St Charles Bay and Palmilla for the day so I could take my girls to Palmilla to go to the beach there if we wanted. I met Taylor at Brightstar in North Padre and I was very impressed it just wasn't what I wanted for my first purchase. I am definitely interested in the future! @Chase Cline, I can try managing my self once I get going.. Thanks for the suggestion!! I just felt it would be hard to manage from San Antonio. I was planning on going with Turnkey. It's 18% I know Padre Escapes is 23%. Jeremy at Padre Escapes was so helpful and very open and easy to talk to and I can see why people go with him. My though was the seo analysis, and many different sites that they market to was really good and more than I could do on my own. I do have social media management experience though and had planned on doing a lot of the marketing myself! Thanks everyone!! Lets keep it going!
