I apologize in advance of this post isn't allowed but... I'm in need of a rental property for myself and my family that will allow 5 dogs and a cat. As you can imagine, it's been difficult.

We are needed a month to month or max 3 month lease while we search for our forever home in NE IL.

We will need something by September and I'm starting to panic.

@Steven Caldwell Current rent says about $2,500 adjusted that just to see if I could make this make sense to do. But havent slept on it, I agree with you. Just can't do this deal.

Hello everyone! Everything about this place screams I have to find a way to do this. However, the cash flow figure seems extremely low and taxes are likely higher than what I've entered. Is this a common range for a 4 plex in Chi?

@Jonathan Klemm thanks for your reply! I was looking for more of success rates if anyone has been patient enough to wait the 2 years or expectations if the current owners pay back the amounts owed do you get that with interest or even break. Ect. Could you help shed some light?
