Hello everyone! Everything about this place screams I have to find a way to do this. However, the cash flow figure seems extremely low and taxes are likely higher than what I've entered. Is this a common range for a 4 plex in Chi?

 i think you could make that without using that much capital upfront imo. Is that area where you want to be? or are you ok with somewhere else up north?
