Hi, I have been trying to find free public record information like foreclosures or tax liens issues properties in my area. I have tried a couple of links that says Free Public record information and all of them tun out to be not public at all at the end.

Does anybody know of any website that actually offer this kind of free information.

If not, is there a trustable website that can be used for this purpose even though is not free?

Thanks,

Post: I got my real estate license, now what?

Hi bg community,

I am inclined to start my real estate investing business by getting my RE license as the first step even though I know it is not necessary doing it this way.

My question for the real estate agents out there though is: what is that I need to do in order to start working as a real estate agent right after I get my license? Do I have to start applying to different brokers as we regularly do in Corporate world? Meaning by writing a resume and try to demonstrate experience in the field? Obviously I wont have any experience right after I pass the school test and then the state license.

Any advice on what should I do in order to start working right away and increase my opportunity to get some exposure to the market?

Thanks

Andrew, thanks for your answer. So, what are the options besides LLCs to start investing in real state. You know. How can I establish a business presence besides getting an LLC?
