I'm buying with OPM in SoCal, but can potentially look into AZ & TX.

Quote from @Cliff Benner:

@Alfonso Aramburo Zepeda just be cautious and run your numbers well. I used a Personal LOC, which was just Credit Cards, and this shoot my credit score down, which made getting a loan hard and run your numbers because the refinance didn't go well and it made everything harder.

It could be a useful tool, if you use it right.

I'm an investor here in SoCal, Moreno Valley & Riverside more specifically. Years back I decided to do a house flip in Tijuana which went well. I'm currently developing an apartment complex in Baja with friends and family's money, and now I'm looking to connecting with Investors wanting to Invest in the Baja region-Mexico.
In case you are wondering, I can purchase properties there as I was born and raised there, meaning, I understand the ins and outs there, have contractors already lined up, and a network of professionals.

If you've already done this type of deals, I'd love to learn from your experiences too!

I'm investing this year in a SFH and I'm looking to connect with people who can help me.
I'm into BRRR and house hacking in Moreno Valley-Riverside.
Any referrals for Real Estate professionals are appreciated!
Also, if you've invested in these areas let's connect!

I'm not cashflowing, nor losing money with that property as my sister lives in it currently. She is even paying for maintenance and everything. I guess is going well. Already looking to invest in another property as soon as I find a deal in Riverside-Moreno Valley CA. So if you know anyone around here who has invested in this area, I'd appreciate the introduction.

I'd be happy to connect with any Realtor who knows the ins and outs of Moreno Valley-Riverside, brokers, lenders, contractors.

@Alfonso Aramburo Zepeda What bank did you get approved for that line? I'm also looking around for LOCs.

I bank with Schools First which is only available for Teachers, and their family. Wellsfargo and other banks offer them as well. I've noticed small banks offer better terms though!

I found myself in the same situation. The best advice I can give you is to find a way to get it done without her approval. Do it for yourself first, and she will be able to rip the benefits later. I know the hardest part is not being supported emotionally... Once you've overcome going "alone", she will either jump on the boat or stay behind.

I just sent you a text message, would love to connect.

Hi, I’m looking for a House with a cottage or converted garage if possible. My sweet spot is a 5 bedrooms house in a decent area in MoVal-Riverside.

This would be my first investment here in California, before this one I flipped a house in Tj, and I'm currently developing apartments in Baja.
If anyone is interested in investing in Baja through an Investment fund, I can help you have really nice and steady dividends.

Last week went to the David Greenes event called What's working in SoCal in case any of you went.

My plan is to purchase one property once a year for myself and continue building properties in Mexico with the Investment fund.

Nice meeting you all peeps, and let's connect!
