I'm looking to build a relationship with a wholesaler that focuses primarily in Dupage county in Illinois. Looking to do a fix and flip. Too much competition on the MLS unfortunately.

Wow great Job! Looks great. Very inspirational story. You took action and you came up. Must feel nice to have a flip under your belt now. The 25k must be nice but I bet it was the learning experience that made it all worth it! You could have easily gave up because everything was going downhill as it seemed. But like you said, persistence is what kept you going. Very cool man! Keep up the good work.

Any recommendations for contractors? I'm looking to buy my first investment property but I will need a good list of contractors than can help guide me through the rehab.

@Blaine Bacon Thanks. I tried telling my agent that but she denied it and kept insisting that it was a one time thing only. 

Hey @Jake Thomas but what if I refinance it into a conventional loan? 

My agent told me an FHA loan is one time thing. I was under the impression that I could have another FHA loan if the first loan was either payed off or refinanced into a conventional. Is she right?
