Zach Quick Well don't I need to cover my *** since I will be a landlord? Let's say I get my property this month. Next step would be get an attorney? I thought attorneys helped you close? Don't I need one when it comes time to close? That's what I'm asking. I'm trying to build my team. BP and investors always say build your team first.

so I'm in the process of getting pre qualified for a loan. I think I should be set after today. Before I find or look for properties should I hire an attorney? Or should I do that once I have my property in mind?
