Thank you all for your feedback. It definitely helps me to quickly skim over the surface of everything and weed out the dogs. 

I am well aware of the "dangers" that come with not knowing your neighborhood block by block in Baltimore City. On the same token, I believe I have been presented some gems. It will definitely take some learning for sure. And I will definitely take your advise and connect with the right people who have experience on the ground.

Hey Everyone, 

I just came across some great opportunities in varying zip codes in Baltimore, MD. Just wanted to get some quick insights on areas that are great for buy & hold investing vs. areas that are not so great and possibly should be avoided. 

I understand that Baltimore investing really can change from block to block, but you guys general insight would be really helpful.

Hey guys, so I will preface this post by saying I just closed my first wholesale deal last week and now I am hooked! The lead came through a referral from a friend who had inside information about a vacant property and how to find the owner. His knowledge made the deal super easy to put together and close. 

I recently walked away from my job as a freelance web designer to focus on real estate in search of a career that better suited my passions. Money is tight but I am super committed to making this work.

Now that I have some money in my pocket to reinvest, I want to find a deal in 30 DAYS OR LESS so I can keep going at this. I need some advise on the quickest/best way to go about FINDING DEALS & CLOSING FAST! 

What would you do if you only had 30 days to make a deal happen?
