HELP - I Only Have 30 Days to Find a Deal!!!
Hey guys, so I will preface this post by saying I just closed my first wholesale deal last week and now I am hooked! The lead came through a referral from a friend who had inside information about a vacant property and how to find the owner. His knowledge made the deal super easy to put together and close.
I recently walked away from my job as a freelance web designer to focus on real estate in search of a career that better suited my passions. Money is tight but I am super committed to making this work.
Now that I have some money in my pocket to reinvest, I want to find a deal in 30 DAYS OR LESS so I can keep going at this. I need some advise on the quickest/best way to go about FINDING DEALS & CLOSING FAST!
What would you do if you only had 30 days to make a deal happen?
