Need Insight - Best Baltimore Zipcodes
Hey Everyone,
I just came across some great opportunities in varying zip codes in Baltimore, MD. Just wanted to get some quick insights on areas that are great for buy & hold investing vs. areas that are not so great and possibly should be avoided.
I understand that Baltimore investing really can change from block to block, but you guys general insight would be really helpful.
Here's the neighborhoods:
Better Waverly | Carrolton Ridge |
Central Park Heights | Druid Heights |
Eastern Baltimore | Elwood Park |
Harlem Park | Lexington |
Mill Hill | Mondawmin |
Penn North | Shipley Hill |
Thanks for all your input!

You cannot analyze Baltimore by zipcodes
You need to look at subdivisons, and better yet, drive around.
It is not a clear cut situation where you look at everything through google maps, and see the differences. Another option is to work with somebody who knows it well.
