Need Insight - Best Baltimore Zipcodes

Hey Everyone,

I just came across some great opportunities in varying zip codes in Baltimore, MD. Just wanted to get some quick insights on areas that are great for buy & hold investing vs. areas that are not so great and possibly should be avoided.

I understand that Baltimore investing really can change from block to block, but you guys general insight would be really helpful.

Here's the neighborhoods:

Better WaverlyCarrolton Ridge
Central Park HeightsDruid Heights
Eastern BaltimoreElwood Park
Harlem ParkLexington
Mill HillMondawmin
Penn NorthShipley Hill

Thanks for all your input!
