Need Insight - Best Baltimore Zipcodes

Hey Everyone, 

I just came across some great opportunities in varying zip codes in Baltimore, MD. Just wanted to get some quick insights on areas that are great for buy & hold investing vs. areas that are not so great and possibly should be avoided. 

I understand that Baltimore investing really can change from block to block, but you guys general insight would be really helpful.

Better Waverly	Carrolton Ridge
Central Park Heights	Druid Heights
Eastern Baltimore	Elwood Park
Harlem Park	Lexington
Mill Hill	Mondawmin
Penn North	Shipley Hill
