Michael Minor of course I️ want to make money but I’d rather learn. I️ just don’t want to waste two years to refinance once. I️ see I️t as a waste of time. Thank you! I️ appreciate I️t Michael !

Michael Minor I️ don’t want to wait two years. That’s the issue as well. I️ can bring a partner in and he/she can refinance and split profits ? Is that what you’re implying ?

The BRRRR strategy is very interesting to me, yet I️ am 18 years old and I’d be stuck with the Refinancing part. I️ would need two years of W-2’s. I’ve only had one official Job (not under the table) and I️ no longer have I️t. I️ quit. I️ want to get started as soon as I️ can, time is on my side and I’d really like to take advantage. What could I️ do to bypass my issue ? Are there other options?

Joel Espinoza How’s I️t going Joel! I️ live in Victorville and I️ have been looking for a REI up here. I’ve been looking to get into my first deal as well. I️’m in the learning stage and you’re quite a bit ahead of me and I’d like to learn anything I️ could if you’d be interested.

I’m in a similar situation and I️ would like to know what to do as well. Sorry I️ am of no help but I have heard of having two properties using the funds you could have used for one property. That way you have one property that produces cash flow and one that you break even, cash flow, or pay very little rent.

Hi everyone. I went to a REI class. To be specific the Merrill RE Class. I sat down and took any notes i found useful and new. I know wholesale isn’t as pretty as it is presented. I know it is hard and people aren’t always honest. If I wanted to start on Wholesaling, what could I expect and what should I arm myself with ? Any specifics ? I’m in the studying RE stage. I’m 18. Thank you!
Is there anyone in the High Desert Area that is willing to be my mentor? I want to learn and I am willing to learn in any way you may present. I’m 18, ready and eager to learn. I’ve been reading books and listening to podcasts but nothing can beat hands-on learning. Please let me know.
