Hi everyone, Recently I purchased a real estate license program from Kaplan for $1000. I got the package with the most books and most value. I don’t have the time to start on it because I have a business I need to focus on and I can’t get my refund anymore, is there anyone or do you know anyone who’d be interested in using the program ? Please let me know!

Hi everyone! Quick Question. What type of benefit would I get from becoming an agent before an investor? I want to be an investor and truly don’t want to become an agent, but I do know that I’d have an advantage. Would it be worth my time and money to become an agent? I’ve been told that having your RE agent License has advantages. Which ones have you guys come across? Pros and cons ? Thank you all for Your Time !

Hi everyone, I came across Chris Rood through Grant Cardone. He is in the real estate business as a wholesaler. I was on the phone with him and his most basic program is $500 USD. Does anyone have any experience with the program or any advice ? If you know anything please comment. Any advice for these types of things?

@Brent Coombs Yes that would be a part thats holding me back as well. I just want to learn and I'm ore than willing to work a job, knocking two birds with one stone. Working as an agent or with a property management company. But, working at starbucks didn't serve me well. Yes I had an income but I hated going to a place knowing it would not benefit me in my career. I saved money and each month I do add more to my savings.
