Hi
I have a property in Baltimore MD, there is some damage on the roof related to fire blown by wind and landed on it. Also interior water damage to walls and flooring etc caused by fire fighter's water. I appreciate if you could recommend good contractors.

Also if you could recommend me water mitigation companies that would take care of the wetness/moisture.
Thank you

Post: How Can I withdraw Auctioned Property with multiple issue?

Hello BP,

I bid a property on auction and a title company I chose notified me that because of multiple issues on the lien sheet and an active tax sale case, they are unable to insure this property and I contacted my second title company and the same respond I got. I am not comfortable to proceed with this purchase so what is your advice to me to withdraw this purchase agreement and to get back my earnest money deposit from the Auction company?

Thank you

Alex

 Congratulation!

I am also running RE business in Balto, I have  several properties with over 100k equities on most of them but to cash out from them  finding bank like yours is not easy task so do you mind to PM me the name of the bank that you are going to work with?

thank you

Hello BP,

I have some Rental properties in Baltimore MD that I want to refinace or cash out, Have you worked with in MD, DC & VA area local bank or credit union that's flexible and investor friendly? Would love some recommendations or references.

Alex

As a Landlord, if your tenant can not pay rent due to the COVID-19, but great Tenants who were paying on time for several years and you have mortgages and other fees due on your properties. How do you manage this situation? Or what kind of a smart approach you do?

Absolutely correct!
