Construction Companies and water mitigation companies

Hi 
I have a property in Baltimore MD, there is some damage on the roof related to fire blown by wind and landed on it. Also interior water damage to walls and flooring etc caused by fire fighter's water. I appreciate if you could recommend good contractors. 

Also if you could recommend me water mitigation companies that would take care of the wetness/moisture.
