Hey everyone, looking into doing a cash out refinance for a triplex in San Bernardino, CA. Does anyone have any good recommendation for lender or brokers that might have some better than average terms. Average is looking like 75-80% LTV and maybe 3.5%ish interest rate. Just looking to see if there was a gem out there I didn't know about. Thanks.

Anyone have recommendations for a real estate attorney in the orange county or Los Angeles area? Preferably one that deals with investors to review documents, draw up contracts, and other REI task. Thanks everyone in advance.

Hello all, I've been investing in real estate for 3 years and have 6 buy and hold units. The last year I have been flipping homes to expedite capital. I have a duplex under contract which i would like to keep and BRRR. Standard is 75% LTV for investor refinance, but I have head 80% LTV thrown around and would like to know if anyone has actually worked with any bank with theses terms. Thanks.

Hello all, trying to get any good recommendations for any real estate conferences/seminars. Im from the SoCal area but wouldn’t mind a little travel for a worthwhile event. Just closed on my second triplex but trying to invest in some quality education since my day job is in healthcare. Thanks, and any help is appreciated.

Hi @Amanda Han,  I’m very early in my investment career with one rental property and I’m the process of trying to acquire a second. I was listening to episode 275 of the bigger pockets podcast which was an eye opener as far as having appropriate leases as well as the importance of speaking to an attorney to make sure I’m being compliant with local laws.

I was wondering if you had any recommendations for real estate attorneys regarding these matters. I figured it would just be a blind shot for me to pick and thought of you since I live in La Habra, CA just about 5 minutes from your office in Fullerton. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

P.S.  I’m currently on pg 47 of your tax strategies book and thinking of trying the “weekend sandwich” out regarding vacations in June for a real estate conference in San Francisco, hopefully works out hahah.
