Banks to refinance a BRRR in SoCal
Hello all, I've been investing in real estate for 3 years and have 6 buy and hold units. The last year I have been flipping homes to expedite capital. I have a duplex under contract which i would like to keep and BRRR. Standard is 75% LTV for investor refinance, but I have head 80% LTV thrown around and would like to know if anyone has actually worked with any bank with theses terms. Thanks.
