@Sean Banilivy welcome man! Brewerytown is great, I own a duplex there. Appreciation from Fairmount has trickled up to Btown and values are up, what you heard is correct. Fishtown is solid too. Let me know if you have specific neighborhood questions. We also target Cobbs Creek, very street by street in lots of these neighborhoods but you're on the right track

@David Smith Not sure about jersey or NY, but I used this Crime Map Tool for Philly when I was first getting to know the city. Philadelphia is very block-by-block. There are several neighborhoods that we invest in throughout different parts of the city (Allegheny West, North Philadelphia, Port Richmond) but we avoid certain blocks because of crime/safety.
