@Justin Sumulong I did the self study and think that if you go with this you will be able to pass. I hear ExamSmart is a good one to use for cramming purposes and taking the exam. Best of luck let us know how it goes!

Brian would love to chat here I personally do lots of work in the south side and know all the sub markets within the ss very well and have an experienced rehab team as well! 

Terrible to hear there are several turn key companies in the Chicagoland area and not all run like they do. I was wondering why I had seen a slow down on their purchases and this explains why

South side of Chicago and the West side are coming up big time. If you are not doing an owner occupied property I would recommend this. Am able to provide more detail for you if you'd like as well!

Local REI clubs are a great way to meet someone. Also many times top realtors are great investors themselves so going into a brokerage can help too

Look on county assessor websites. This is the easiest way to find information on the property. Other wise work with an attorney for title information

Saw this as well and it is about time! Zillow does a decent job at times but sometimes they are very off in either direction good for the homeowner here
