Need Real Estate mentor in Illinois, Dupage or other county

Hi everyone,

I have a question about how to find a local legitimate, active RE mentor/investor. Anybody here from Illinois, Dupage County or Chicago area or you know of anyone, please let me know. I don't want to pay my online mentoring program anymore because it cost you arm and leg. I have good knowledge in RE investing but I am looking for mentor who will push me to the right direction. I am really good with generating leads and I am ready to split 50/50. Also, I have all the contracts that are essential for real estate deal.
