Lots of regions in Portugal still have a lot of progression potential. Mainly in the suburbs of big cities.

I invest in the suburbs of Lisbon, and there are lots of good deals, and growing markets.

If you look for the big cities (Lisbon, Oporto, Coimbra, others) the market might have reached peak point, yes.

Unfortunately here in Portugal there's no such thing as a Refinance, as you have in your countries. We can manage some other ways, but it's harder.
