Hello everyone!

I'm Chuck Leonard, an Active Duty Army Officer living near Temple, TX. I currently own a small single family property here in Texas and plan to start investing in multi-family properties in 2020. Ultimately, I plan on hanging up my uniform in 5 years to fully pursue real estate investing and entrepreneurship, but in the meantime I'm here to build a network, learn, and contribute to the community.
