Craigslist is an alternative, but as i'm sure you know craigslist's reputation, it may not bring in the most reputable clientele. On the flip side craigslist can bring in some of the best tenants, so i wouldn't write it off completely. Facebook marketplace is also a great option

Definitely read as much as you can, get an internship, and learn from those around you. Since you're so young you'll have some time to make mistakes, but why not figure out how to avoid those mistakes from reputable agents and investors in your area.

Wow, and i thought New York tenants were on another level. This is very interesting, but I would have an attorney ready just in case. I'm sure the police deal with people like this everyday

If you have this many properties and can not manage them all on your own or be there for inspections, maybe its time to hire a property manager to help you.

You need to make it a reality for yourself. If this really is your dream you should start now. This way you'll at least have a year of experience by the time you're 34

I agree with these points. You should write an article on this
