Hi everyone,

My name is Aleff Pimenta, I'm Brazilian and now I'm based in Auckland, New Zealand. 

I found out about RE in a workshop that I attended just because I wanted to improve my english. The funny thing is that in the same moment I was starting to read Kiyosaki's book, it was like a clear message for me hahahahhaha...

At the moment I am just an ordinary student. I quit my boring job as Network  (IT) guy and I don't want to back to this area anymore. I will be an investor like you!!

My goals with REI is to become financially free and have money to put some nice ideas I have to work. I am looking forward to start to invest in America from here to leverage some money to move to America and make things really happen.

I'm looking for some local investors to give a hand, if they need, and learn with them as well. Btw, If you are from Auckland and I didn't talk with you yet, let's have a coffee! hahahaha

I am willing to get some information to start investing in America with none of my money from here. I'm looking forward to have some tips or information that can help me out to start. I'm trying to figure out a way to get into the market but not as a investor yet, just to watch and see how the business works in general. Once I back to Brazil or even move to America I'll have more than theoretical knowledge to start.

Thank you very much @Hadar Orkibi and @Dean Letfus I really had know idea about that. Although I came to New Zealand just to develop my English and travel, I was thinking to start my business. At least now I have some "time" to invest in my knowledge.

Yeah, I know about the risk but if you dream big, risk is something you can't avoid, right!? I am thinking to start wholesaling some single family in the suburbs to gain some experience and start to build my team.
