Hey guys,

I'm looking for a GC to rehab a near 4000 sq ft home I purchased at auction in Rockwall, TX. The house needs a basic restore including:

Popcorn ceiling removal

New flooring (tile downstairs, carpet upstairs)

Paint and wall repair

New ground and crown moulding

Please point me in the direction of a reputable GC here in the DFW area. Thanks.

I am looking for a real estate agent/broker to help me find a 4000+ sq ft home in Garland, TX. I will live in this house for one year and then rent it while I am in a residency program. My highest price point is $300K and I have secured qualification for lending. I feel that many of the homes priced from $300K-350K in that area can be negotiated down to $280K-300K with an experienced agent/broker. Please inquire If you are an experienced agent/broker or know one familiar with the Garland, TX area. Thank you.

Hi BP, There's 10+ finished lots in the 75212 area of Dallas on Melissa River Way, Landrum Lakes Ct., and Jenny Dale Dr. I actually live on Jenny Dale Dr. and would like to find out about the process of finishing out a subdivision.
