@Abhishek Pareek You may first want to check to see if you have any restrictions with your HOA, and secondly you may want to call the city zoning folks and ask if the are any occupancy restrictions for unrelated tenants in the same single family. Cheers

If you have done the research to find out if any towns in the area do not allow renting by the room... I'd be grateful for the info!
