rent by room rules cary NC

hello everyone

I am planning to rent my townhome by room in Cary NC. I have two car parking garage and driveway for two cars. I have 4 bedrooms and may plan to bring in 4 different people with 4 different leases. Is there any rule that can not be done or need any permit?
