Hi All,

I attended the BP webinar yesterday and they went through using the rental property calculator.  Do you know where to go to get the property taxes paid for a property in Salt Lake County?

I found the assessor lookup that says the value (land and market) and property type but it doesn't include what the taxes are. For reference, that URL is https://slco.org/assessor/new/query.cfm.

Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi All, We're investing in our first property, a fourplex, only at offer acceptance. Still need to do inspection. I was thinking about additional revenue streams besides rent and wondered if anyone has tried reselling a cleaning service to their tenants. Basically, I'll work out a deal with a cleaning service for the units and then offer the service to the tenants at a small markup. Anyone tried that? Would love your feedback. Cheers, Alan

Hi All,

I'm at the very beginning of my real estate investment journey.  Excited to learn about buy and hold and funding options.  In process of purchasing my first investment property.  My focus right now is learning as much as I can and participating while still working a full time job.
