Does anyone have experience with getting rid of window ac units in multifamily units and installing Wall Units? Looking for names of potential contractors that are familiar with this in the Omaha area. Thanks in advance.

You could use the lower rent pricing as a teaser style ad. For example, You could offer the $975 for an 18-month agreement, if the client is looking for a shorter term lease you could offer $1050. Hope that helps!
