Looking for a lender recommendation for a small cash out refinance on a long-held Condo in Boston. Looking to refinance $275, Value $450. Must be fixed rate only.

    @Alan Strong  I work with Radius Financial, Shamrock Financial and Prime Residential.

    All three are good lenders who won't drop the ball and will get the job done for you.

    FULL DISCLOSURE - these lenders don't pay me a cent as it's highly illegal in residential real estate. I refer clients to them for the reasons stated above.  The exact last thing I need in my life is a RESPA/CFPB event.
