Inheritance property willed to split 6 ways got appraised and now moving forward for sale.

My entry point into real estate either way.

Emotional ties don’t want it sold but beside that there’s much potential 5bd 4.5bth that needs much work (roof, plumbing) It’s definitely a project.

Or leave that dream and agree to sell and use the $$$ to enter the game another way.

As a resident of The Bahamas, it’s just not as easy to get started locally.

Buy & Hold. Yes to the LLC. Possibly FL just since it's closest to where I'm located (Caribbean). But other than that still learning the US market.
