 Hello BP community👋🏾 I'm SherNerd from Nassau, Bahamas. Just got through my 3rd read of How to Invest in Real Estate, and The Book on Rental Property Investing. I am totally fired up! I have NEVER invested in real estate. Joined this community to soak up as much knowledge as possible! Most of what I am seeing is subject to United States. Eager to begin this journey and help tailor a little corner on this forum for this side of the map. Thanks for making SO MUCH info FREE!!!
