Hi all,

I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member of the Raleigh real estate investing community. I just attended my first TREIA meeting, and I have been finding all of your posts in this forum helpful and encouraging, so thank you.

I'm looking to get into real estate investing as a long-term wealth-building strategy for my family, most likely concentrating on buy and hold. I look forward to getting to know you all in the coming months and hopefully some day being able to contribute information to this forum as well.
