Thanks for the welcome. I will definitely look you up. Also, I will be in Sacramento the next two weekends. So if there is something going on I would love to try and meet up.

I am focusing on a SFH primarily. I need to learn the market. I am open to 3 bedroom but more actively looking for a 4 bedrrom SFH. Sacramento seems to have very localized markets, even in the same zip code. So the more the I network, the better.

Currently I have been scouring the MLS my agent setup for me. Having just discovered BP last night I am pretty stoked on improving my network and prospects.

I myself am new to BP and in the South Bay. I am looking to invest in the Sacramento area due to affordability. Good luck to you and yours!

Another interesting point is the cost of an LLC. For one that makes less than 250k in CA you pay no taxes but, you pay $800 a year to have it. So for a property with a lower NOI, this could be a deal breaker. Talking with my lawyer the best method is to get a great umbrella policy.

I am new to the investing game. I purchased my residence with an FHA loan and have since refinanced. I am currently looking to buy my first investment property and have targeted the Sacramento market.

I am interested in single and small multi family homes and am more interested in a buy and hold strategy.
