Most people I know mail every 3-4 weeks some as often as every two weeks. Some people will mail the same list 5-6 times and others will mail every 3-4 weeks forever until they get a deal or a "leave me the hell alone".

In my experince I get about a %2-3 response rate on my mailings. After that its based on the above mentioned; how well can you sove the sellers problem. You may be able to help 1out of 20 it may be 1 out of 50. You just need to get on the phone and talk to the sellers and youll get better at it. At first it will be slower, the 1 of 50 and as you get more experinced you'll be able to convert 1 of 20.

Just be consistent with your marketing. My last mailing I got almost the same response from the same list on the 2nd mailing.

Hello,

I am a new wholesaler and am looking to network with other Cincinnati investors. Are there any local meetup groups that I could attend to meet others in the area?

Thank you.
