@Arn Cenedella thank you so much for sharing! Are you doing FTR or STR? We are specifically interested in STR's right now and aren't sure if Greenville has enough draw to it.

We are preparing for our first real estate investment purchase, we like the numbers we *think* we are seeing in Greenville, SC, but the market seems to be hot and our agent doesn't seem to think buyers have much negotiating power. Does anyone have experience in this market? Any thoughts you're willing to share with newb investors?

Oh man, I'm glad it hasn't affected you to severely yet, but we are getting ready to buy our first investment property and the Seattle area was definitely a hard no for us for many reasons. (So fun to see you on here!)
