What about Cash App, Venmo or PayPal? I have used all of them (not for rent but for business). And they seem to work well and they all have pretty high sending a receiving limits.

@Kristen L Garner what areas specifically do you recommend? I know that there are some areas with higher poverty rates and some nicer areas. What do you recommend. Thanks :)

Yes mostly rental properties and also looking in strategy's like BRRR. but I'm also pretty interested in maybe becoming a real estate agent.

I am in the same boat, currently looking to invest in Washington but its too expensive around where I live. I have considered doing remote real estate investing but I feel like first I should at least get one deal in person before doing remote.
