newbie in property investment
Hi All
I live in Washington state and would like to own a investment property in this state as its my first property and would like to keep it close. do anyone have any recommendations about any place which might have long term tenants , more likely to be rented etc and positive cash flow.

Hi Niraj, welcome to BP! There is a lot of potential in all of the greater seattle area. There are plenty of colleges, military bases, jobs etc that provide strong rental markets & good tenants. It really depends on what your criteria is for an ideal investment property & that can help narrow down location as well. I’m a realtor/investor in the greater seattle area.
