Trinity is good, but they don't do pier & beam. I've used AOne Houston Leveling before with good results and pricing. They finally called me back, but after I called several times. That never sits well with me.

Anyone have a referral to a good pier & beam repair company in Houston? My go-to company seemed to have disappeared.

This lead came in through my website. He was getting $750/mo rent. It's now vacant. Per seller, needs some updating including paint & flooring (carpet).

PM me if you're interested.

I've never used them, but one of the guys doing the RE training you posted about before founded it. I am in the same bible study as Elijah's business partner, Jeff Perry. Solid guys that know what they're doing. From talking with them and other investors that have used them - they won't be your cheapest option, but it will pretty be turn-key.

@Charles Fletcher, I do not know. They are definitely busy on the RE side and have built a house buying machine in a short time. It's possible they could be expanding into the education / mentoring market.

Having a good BS meter is good to have when trainings like this come up, like @Bill Gulley said.

IMO though, $300 is a good deal for what they're covering. I know the owners of the company and  having bought around 200 homes in 3 years they know what their doing. I may go just to listen to a few specific topics.

The info on most of the topics can be found on BP, podcasts, or free networking meetings. I have no idea of they have any upsell products they plan on pitching. Leave your credit cards at home if you want to play it safe.

I'm not endorsing the training. This is just my opinion knowing the owners of the company and working with them as sponsors for my meetup event.

I may attend this if my schedule clears. They are sharp guys and I'm sure it would be a valuable training for new or experienced investors.

Disclosure: They are sponsors for my meetup event.

@Tatiana C., Like others mentioned, there is a BP meetup tonight. Jet Lending, a local HM company, hosts one of the largest REI meetings the 3rd Wed. of each month at the Houston Texans Grille. The RICH club has meetings throughout the month. I host one in Sugar Land the first Tuesday of the month.

Correction to my above comment. Apparently they no longer offer paid subscriptions, but instead post past issues online.
