@Peter K. Hey Peter

Thanks you so much for taking the time to fill me in on such great info ! I will definitely try the "door to door knocking" when I get more comfortable with birddogging/speaking with people about RE . Oh nice , if you don't mind me asking about your bird dogs ... Do you sign contracts with your bird dogs , for the fee that they desire when the deal is closed ? What info do you usually request from your bird dogs ?

I will be searching that up right after I finish typing this , I appreciate you searching that up for me and the advice Peter!

Alex

Hey guys it's Alex again ,

I was wondering , do investors down in Orange county, (specifically Huntington beach /Westminster area ) still use bird dogs ? I'm relatively new to the real estate investing world , but I want to learn , learn , learn . I think bird dogging will be a great way to start while I continue to collect more knowledge! So if you guys have any info referring to bird dogging or real estate in general , please feel free to say so here ! Thanks guys for reading

@Account Closed - I definitely will be looking around for more information on here , thanks !

@Kirsten Sitnick Thanks for taking the time to reply Kirsten ! I will definitely be checking out REcampus or similar courses . I just wanted to ask , did it help you as an investor? Also , did you go into those courses knowing much about real estate or do the courses pretty much cover all that ?

@Natalie Wright I appreciate you replying . Oh awesome , are you getting your license for investment purposes or solely to become and RE agent one day ?

hey bp community ,

I was curious if anyone knew any good trustworthy sites , where I could obtain my real estate license? Also what are your thoughts about getting a real estate license. Is it plus for your business ? Or would it be about the same if you find a good hardworking real estate agent for your team ? Thanks for any replies guys !

I recently read the free beginners guide and I learned alot about the basics , but I was curious if there's any good real estate investing books or tips out there ? Currently I want to learn more about wholesaling and flip/rehab houses . Thanks for any of the replies!
