Hey BiggerPockets,

 I have a question. Not sure if I can ask it here or not but if not just flag it. So my friend ran by me this pretty creative idea for an app. The thing is we have no knowledge on starting up a App. My question is , how/where do we get started? Who should we contact ? Any response to this would be greatly appreciated !

Hey everyone ,

I recently read a few books in the prior months . I read "The Richest Man In Babylon " , "Rich Dad Poor Dad " , "Think and Grow Rich " , and currently Reading " The Magic Of Thinking Big " . All these books were phenomenal and really got something out of them . Totally changed my attitude and out look on life . And I still want to keep growing mentally and training my mind set , while I'm starting my endeavors .

Wanted to see if anyone had any good/ interesting book suggestions. If you do feel free to post the title and a little description of the book(s) . Thanks !

@Curt Davis  Thank you for your reply ! It did clarify things for me.

@Wayne Brooks  Great ! That's what I wanted to hear. So I would have to get an O.K from my broker to go that route? How often would a broker say no or why would they even object to it? Thanks again for your reply .

Hey BP,

 I had a question that I have been thinking about lately. So here it goes.. Lets say I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and I am looking to purchase a house with my sister as a co-borrower. Would I be able to work up a deal with the seller and some how have him pay my commission fee for being an agent for my sister ? and then turn around and use it to purchase the house? Not sure if that makes much sense but if anyone can shine some light on this topic I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

@Karl Krentzel  Definitely will give your blog a follow ! Just a quick question.. Do you think it would be better to start at a big Realty(ex.KW, Coldwell, Century) to name a few in my area. Or a smaller less known name ? If you don't mind that is .

@Karen Margrave  Totally a good idea . I will keep that in mind about the training programs. That's true I shouldn't spread myself thin and just focus on one thing at a time . It's just that I am so excited to get this show on the road already!! Definitely will keep you posted. Thanks again

@Karl Krentzel

How exactly does the investor friendly brokerage work? if you wouldn't mind sending me the link to your blog. I would greatly appreciate it . I definitely want to be investing while working as a RE agent. Thank you for the reply.

Got it ! Thanks for the tips . I am currently doing my ed through Allied online . Do you think it would be a good idea to start doing interning or something along those lines to learn the field more ?

Hey Karen,

thank you for your reply ! I did my courses online . As for studying I have a video(exam cram) that came with my online enrollment. It is helping me by clarifying everything I read in the books but I feel like I could use a bit more brushing up . I will check it out once I am off work thanks again!
