I looking to launch my property management service this year and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I trying to determine my fees to be charged to the property owner and I wanted to benchmark the prices that are currently set within the property management industry. Do anyone know of any good websites to gather this data from?

Can anyone share information of new construction deals being built near the Charlotte NC area in the 150k - 200k price point?

Hello everyone I'm Elizabeth Broker in Charge of my small Real Estate Company. 

I'm in the process of opening my Real Estate Company and I'm hoping to find out what software programs other companies are using to assist them with stream lining their work flow.  Any advice will help, I'm hoping to maintain control of all documents and also provide a way for my agents to request their commission via online. 

Hi everyone I'm Elizabeth Broker in Charge of my small company. I'm seeking advice on how to structure a  relationship with a  residential home builder. I currently have several clients who have listed their vacant land with me. One of my clients wants to start a subdivision and I have found a builder who say he can do spec building on the lot. He gave me the explanation of spec building; but I wanted to get more information from a realtor who have done these types of deals with spec building. I reached out to a few agents via phone in my area put they all seem to be tight lipped about the process flow. If any one can share that would be great.

I have several vacant lots and I need to find some mobile home to put on them. I need any advice you can spare. The lot are located in Piedmont SC on the section near the Greenville SC county line. Please share also what is a good price to pay for a repo or foreclosed mobile home. I know I would have to get moving permits. I plan on doing a least purchase with tenants how do that should?
