Y'all, google spreadsheets can do this.  

There are ways to go through, find addresses for each zip code you want, get parcel numbers, then use the parcel numbers to look up taxes due vs taxes assessed.  This gives you a sense of how overdue a particular property is.  This process can be automated.

I'd be careful with those equity estimates.  I'm assuming they're based on sale price and sale date, which may or may not capture down payments, interest rates, refinancing, and/or private loans not mentioned in the public record.  

It's a starting place, but the margin of error might be rather large.  Or, possibly, your software rocks the socks off of what I'm working with.

Find cases.  Click on Parties tab at top.

Use http://revenue.stlouisco.com/IAS/ to cross reference

It's not cut and dry, but if you dig around you'll get something.  I came up with:

What's your target market?

i like Facebook for that. Many people leave their account wide open. 

Google the address along with the owners name. Use quotation marks. Sometimes this turns up a small business website. Google owner name plus city. Sometimes gets you stuff like church bulletins. 

If it's a nice house, try LinkedIn.
