@Tiago Alencar  Good stuff.  There are people who can help you sort through all that data (it's called website scraping).

@Archana Rath

http://www.dallascounty.org/department/countyclerk/foreclosures.php has the foreclosure notices for dallas.  The deed register is behind a paywall, but it might be worth it if you want to do a lot of digging.

@Tiago Alencar Not sure how much you paid the assessor for the lists, but most if not all of that information can be had by harvesting the websites.

Part of the pricing depends on if you want exclusive leads or not.  Listsource will sell you, for 8-10 cents a lead, the same leads they sold to the investor before you.

You can get lots of information from your county assessor's office, tax collectors, and recorder.  If you're tech savvy you can put that info together yourself and identify some good leads.  Court records, code violations (especially when the code violation indicates if the house is vacant or not), and crime reports can identify good leads.

There are people out there who specialize in that sort of work, as well.

google spreadsheets has importhtml and importxml functions that do this very thing.  pair them with a zillow api and you're good to go.

The county assessor and/or register ought to have this information.

@Andre Williams Have you tried mining the online data?  You can combine data from various sources very effectively and find connections that aren't in the primary sources.  Furthermore, when you work with big data you can be much more specific about targeting.

Not really. You need something a bit more boutique. And preferable exclusive.

@Account Closed it's complex.  There are lead generation services that can help you with it.  Unless you're pretty tech, web, and programming savvy, the explanation I could give you wouldn't mean much.
