No, I haven't heard anything in particular and that's probably a good thing. The only time folks typically talk about something is when there's an issue. So I assume silence is a good thing.

I self manage but many investors I know use Rose and CAPs. i also know Adam w Real PM

1) close on it yourself and resell

2) if you can't do that financially and it's a good enough deal, surely there is someone you know who can help you close and they get some pie and you get some pie.

They are SFHs- go to craigslist and check out hammond or merrillville Indiana and check out the rents. Those house are mostly under 100K or even less in Hammond

NW Indiana is a gold mine for homes in the $50-75k range with rents $800-1200. This translates into 12-15% ROI and the considers PM costs, vacancy, and maintenance. Low taxes, short commute to Chicago, and landlord friendly state- can't beat that!
