LOL...this thread is amazing!  Kind of the opposite but my friend and I were looking at a place to rent a few years ago (we were in our early 20's then).  I met with someone who I am assuming was a property manager to show us the place and he kept talking about the amazing parties we could have there since it had a pool and a large lot.  I sure as hell wouldn't want a PM to be telling people that.
