@Chris Eley Thanks for the tip!!  I agree with the real estate license....I am trying to get my wife to get hers.  Would save so much money in the long run and keep the commission in house.

solid profit and nice job on that flip...came out super clean! are you purchasing your leads off of listsource? im down in tucson and about to start a marketing campaign as the MLS is crazy hot right now and people are paying way too much money for these run down properties.

Auto and motorcycle insurance sales agent for GEICO here in Tucson. I work 4 10 hour shifts and in the top 1% sales people in the company. Its not a bad gig and I get 3 days off in a row each work to focus on RE. I am working hard to become a full time REI because I am not a fan for working for the man although this is a great company.

This house man...I had 3 people trying to wholesale it to me.  The rehab was too steep for my partner and I though.  Awesome house cant wait to see it when its done!!

I use a SimpliSafe system also.  I also got a discount when I ordered it from their site a few months back (some special they were running).  Its great!  Super easy to use and install.

The first flip is so fun!  Im almost done with my first also!

I put in a pre auction bid on another flip last month on xome.  They rejected it and ended up selling the house for less than what I bid after the auction ended haha.  Oh well their loss!
