We should definitely connect. I could always use a good contractor.

Would love to see what new challenges you could give me!

Good morning, Personally I love Palm Beach County for all my investments and most of the work I do for investors are there. I’ve had a few in Port St. Lucie also but I feel like there’s a lot of meet in the bones in the Tri-Counties. No matter where you go in South Florida you’ll do fine.

Thanks Adrian! What price range have you typically been seeing for flips in the tri-counties area? Is around 200-250K realistic to look for?

It all depends on the areas. If you see something Let me know and I can check the area and what you may be looking at

I believe for the Contractor and yourself its better, safer, and faster to get things done from my Experience.

What will be safer and faster, living outside the flipping house while renovations are going on?

Sorry about that, The residency being vacant

There are a lot of opportunities, but look for up and coming areas. Look for vacant lots as I tell my investors its usually cheaper to build then to buy and rehab most of the times. Miami has a lot of areas that get overlooked.
