I'm new to real estate investing and still going my homework on the subject. I attended a few three day real estate classes and also read the first four rich dad books. My goal is to replace my wife's income this year it is about $3k a month. Long term goal is to $15-$20k of passive income a month. My strategy is to start wholesaleing, flipping, and buy &ahold.

Hello I'm a new investor and don't know were to start.  I will be moving from Florida to North Carolina in 6 months to a year. My question to you is should I buy a 2-4 unit in Florida or wait to get to North Carolina.  Also what do you think about wholesaleing.

Think the guys for the great advice.  I still have a lot to consider.  I'm moving to concord North Carolina with my job and the time line is six months to a year.  I'm thinking of doing so wholesales first and then buy and hold when I get to North Carolina.
