@Brennan Hile I think a credit union will be a good place to look. They may have conventional loans with low down payments but no PMI which may be better than FHA loans

@Philip Johnson If you show your cashflow on your taxes, it can help your debt to income ratio. When you claim deductions, you are showing less income

I sell Home Equity Lines of Credit in California and I know our terms are very competitive. Last year, I noticed a high rate of requests for HELOCS. I guess people where trying to get access to as much cash as possible expecting a huge sale in the real estate market. However, this year, the demand has become less. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Never tell your tenant you are the landlord. You are always the property manager as far as they are concerned @Logan Singleton
