I have a rental financed through FHA, paying PMI, totally could refi out of PMI but, not sue if I should. Been successfully rented for 4 years. I want to buy a cabin in the mountains, (within driving to work). How much down payment should I expect to buy an owner occupied residence? I make too much to qualify for USDA and would rather not bring in partners. I have a borrow able 401k but think that is bad due to borrowing before tax money and paying back after tax money.

Newish, got one rental, listening to all podcasts this year on show 45 and the guest says 5% down is now available on conventional loans, that I am not moving into. Is this true? I already have an FHA loan that is being rented. Thought I had to save 25% unless I want to do creative financing and partner with someone and share my profits. What do y'all know?

Joined a month ago and was waiting until I could take a decent picture. Posted a pick now. I have thought about his since I was 16 and watching late night infomercials.

I bought a hud 100 down in 2010 lived in it a couple years, makes a couple hundred over the mortgage and HOA. Basically new so no real mainetance cost. Helped my spouse by a new construction that we moved into 2012. My plan all along was to expand further and further. In the month that I have been a member, I have been reeding the educational material and listening to the podcasts, and neither of the houses would meet any f the "rules". From what I am leaning I want to purchase the next house making some money at purchase.

2016 I want to spen learning and saving. 2017 based on what I have learned so far on the pod casts I want to convince my spouse to move with me into a multiunit and down size.

Joined a month ago finally got around to taking an ok picture, now I am struggling to change my picture on either my iPad or iPhone, what am I doing wrong lol
